If the Shark vacuum brushes aren’t spinning properly, means there’s something stuck in them. You must take out the brushes and thoroughly clean them. Ensure to remove all the build-up dust and hair from the brushes. You can use a damp microfiber cloth to clean them out. Also, if the vacuum is really old, you can consider replacing it with a new one.
