In the review of the Global Cost Optimization with Oscorm, we considered the general design of the product, its processes, technologies and tools. The tenant classification and the summary of the operation solution were determined and the role and needs of business and technical stakeholders were interviewed before analysing the data on billing decisions of the cloud provider. Thus, we decided how to share the costs among tenants to the maximum and discovered how to reduce the both direct and indirect costs, including non-efficient software or licensing schemes that did not fit the current cloud service.
