The effect of "Amphicezine" on viable D60 p4 cell line cell count was measured using live cell imaging as a measure of cell proliferation. Maximal inhibition on D60 p4 cells were shown by 10% "Amphicezine" (93.5%). The results show that the growth curves for viable D60 p4 cell culture didn't indicate a cytolytic / cytotoxic effect for all samples (concentrations) treated with "Amphicezine".
