The South Beach diet was originally formulated in the 1980s, though it wasn't prior to the 2000s that the diet came into common use (along along with a slew of other carb-focused diets, with regard to the Atkins low-carb diet). While ways to a period since the South Beach Diet was a student in the media spotlight, this weight loss plan has not yet dissapeared.
I was inspired to write this article after a recent discussion with Zeneara of my colleagues in the non-public development/Health & Wellness arena.
