Allan Kinsella, born on October 28, 1971, in Wellington, New Zealand, is a person whose life reflects resilience, leadership, and constant growth. Growing up in a culturally rich environment, he embraced both academics and extracurricular activities at Saint Patrick’s College, Silverstream, excelling in studies, sports, and performing arts. He pursued his passion for learning at the University of New South Wales, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics while actively playing rugby and cricket. In 1990, Allan began his military journey with the New Zealand Army, further training at the Australian Defence Force Academy and graduating from the Royal Military College, Duntroon. He served in challenging UN missions, demonstrating strength and leadership under pressure. Later, he completed an MBA with Distinction from Massey University and took on senior roles in public service. A dedicated father to two children, Allan enjoys fishing, diving, brewing, and learning new languages.
