The simultaneous output of highly sensitive and reproducible signals for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology remains difficult. Here, we propose a two-dimensional (2D) composite structure using the repeated annealing method with MoS2 film as the molecular adsorbent.
