A selective medium for screening fosfomycin (FOS)-resistant Enterobacterales was developed. Performances of this medium were first evaluated by using cultures of a collection of 84 enterobacterial clinical strains (42 FOS-susceptible and 42 FOS-resistant). The SuperFOS medium showed excellent sensitivity and specificity of detection (100%) in those conditions.
