Ocular adnexal (OA) sebaceous carcinoma is an aggressive malignancy. Oncologic drivers of ocular sebaceous carcinoma are incompletely understood. A retrospective search of our pathology archives for OA sebaceous carcinoma identified 18 primary resection specimens.
