What Does a LPG Gas Engineer Do? LPG is a fossil fuel, manufactured by refining petroleum, or extracted from natural gas streams as they emerge from the ground. It has an extremely low boiling point therefore it is stored in containers that are pressurized. It is used for heating homes and cooking. If you don't have gas pipes it can be used as an alternative to electric heating systems or coal.
