We love strawberries . When spring begins, despite our many years of experience, we are always a little excited because we know: it's about to start! Shortly after the start of the season, we open our strawberry fields around Hanover and Hildesheim to celebrate the big “pick your own strawberries” with you – different every year, special every year.

All of our strawberries are beautiful in their own way. On the inflorescences you will find them in many sizes and shapes, but always with the best internal values: calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and copper, more vitamin C than an orange and almost no calories. Some people call strawberries a superfood. For us it is and remains simply a strawberry. And that's why we love them.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS HANNOVER AND HILDESHEIM
The season starts at the end of April. Together with the helpers, Christoph and Ruben Rokahr drive out to the strawberry fields in Calenberger Land. The fruits growing in a row are carefully picked from the inflorescence and checked for defects. The harvest is then planned, loaded and delivered to strawberry sales, markets and retailers in the region on the same day.

There is enough for everyone. That's why we also supply regional farm shops, weekly markets, retailers and wholesalers with our strawberries - even longer than the pick-your-own season lasts. Fresh from the field, right around the corner from you.
