Mindful Guides, a MFT Corp. is a boutique therapy center, located in La Jolla Shores, San Diego, California, offering holistic psychotherapy services to adults, teens, couples, and families. Each one of our clinicians value the mind-body-spirit connection and use a person-centered and eclectic approach combining traditional psychotherapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, narrative, Internal Family Systems, and Gestalt–with mindfulness-based practices and somatic therapies, including Somatic Experiencing® and Bioenergetics. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, parenting and relationship challenges. We feel honored to serve each of our clients in a way that supports each person’s full actualization; whether seeking therapy to find relief from distressing symptoms or to be supported in discovering the deeper, more authentic ways of being.
