Indeed, we found that PDE1C populated the tips of newly forming LEPs in polarized HASMCs, and co-localized with ADCY8, the Ca2+ release-activated Ca2+ channel subunit, Orai1, the cAMP-effector, PKA, and an A-kinase anchoring protein, AKAP79.
