. Patients with public health coverage were diagnosed with symptomatic disease, later stages and more aggressive subtypes when compared to privately insured patients. This study aims to show the long-time stability of straight and tilted implants loaded immediately with a provisional resin bridge followed by a definitive prosthodontic rehabilitation in edentulous jaws despite difficult hygiene conditions postoperatively. This study included the participation of 23 patients and the restoration of 170 dental implants in 32 edentulous jaws.
