What is an Item Upgrader? The item upgrader allows players to improve the quality of their gear. To upgrade items, you'll need the appropriate currencies and items. For armor and weapons this includes Valorstones and Crests. There are also enchantments which increase the chance of success for an upgrade, and some upgrades such as Hot Potato Books give a boost to the weapon's stats or allow it to be used in dungeons.
