I'm occasionally asked, "What happens if I slip & fall on a public sidewalk?" Who is liable? Determining this at other more common locations is much more intuitive. If you slip & fall at a store, you go to the store manager. If you slip & fall on a property, you go to the property owner.
But how about the sidewalk?
