Roth IRA Contribution Limits 2025
The contribution limits for both Traditional and Roth IRAs in 2025 remain the same at $7,000, with an additional $1,000 catch-up contribution allowed for those aged 50 and older, making the total $8,000. A new change under SECURE 2.0 increases the catch-up contribution limit for employees aged 60 to 63 to $11,250 in 2025, up from $7,500. Additionally, the income limits for Roth IRA eligibility, deductible Traditional IRA contributions, and the Saver’s Credit have all risen for 2025.
