Turkish Airlines Award Ticket Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation booked under the Miles&Smiles program at any time on the airline’s website if you have a change in your plans and you no longer wish to travel.
The miles will be reinstated back to the reward account. Upon cancellation, passengers need to pay the airline’s cancellation fees, as passengers must cancel the trip before the flight departs. Here are the important considerations under the Turkish Airlines cancellation policy –
No ticket cancellation would be permitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
The booking cancellation request for the reward miles can be applied by calling the airline’s customer service number at 1-833-908-0085 which is subject to 300 USD as a cancellation fee per passenger per booking.
The 24-hour cancellation would not be applicable for the flight tickets booked with award miles.
