FSSAI License Registration is a must-process for all FBOs in India. Whether you are manufacturing, processing, storing, distributing, or selling food products, having this license is essential. This license is issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.
Types of FSSAI Registration in Delhi
1. Basic Registration:- FBO (Food Business Operators) who earn less than Rs. 12 lakh p.a. Must obtain FSSAI must do FSSAI basic registration. They have to fill out the basic registration form A.
2. FSSAI State License:- To get an FSSAI state license, an FBO must have a turnover of more than Rs. 12 lakh annually and less than Rs. 20 Crore annually. They must fill out Form B.
3. FSSAI Central License:- FBO who earns a turnover of more than Rs. 20 Crore p.a. To get the FSSAI Central License. They need to complete form B.
