Tried a dark spiced rum cocktail at a rooftop bar and was amazed by how smooth and flavorful it was. I usually go for whisky, but this gave me new appreciation. Later, we popped open some champagne—not just any, but Dom Perignon. A perfect balance of bold and bubbly.
