Qatar Airways offers a full refund provided it is within the terms of your fare. The refund validity of a ticket is 12 months from the date of issue for a totally unused ticket; and 12 months from the first update date for a partially used ticket.
Qatar Airways cancellation policy says If the applicable one-way fare plus the cancellation fee exceeds the total cost of the trip, the original fare paid will not be refunded. Any such unused coupons, excluding surcharges and applicable taxes on the flight, will be refunded for such scenarios.
