The Assembly Floor will hear Assembly Bill 1139 next week, according to a recent announcement by the California Solar and Energy Storage Association (CALSSA). By eliminating Net Energy Metering (NEM) and placing more restrictions on the advantages of solar power, this measure seeks to completely kill rooftop solar.
