Anti-tubercular treatment was routinely administered (6-9 months) with drug combinations of Isoniaside, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide and Ethambutol. The evolution was favorable in all cases without complications or recurrences. Conclusion Drainage of chest wall abscess and complete debridement provide adequate treatment.
