Department of Agriculture- Include 314 programs around. This is where I have always gotten my funding from. These are great for housing assist. Small business help and community development. The government and the American people can't obtain it both suggestions. The American people are part from the problem, in this financial melt-down, because are usually saving more, and I salute them for that! What's wrong with this? When they save many more.they don't help to produce the knick-knacks and people get laid off from their jobs, other people
