Ultraviolet-vis-NIR (UV-vis-NIR) spectroelectrochemical study of 3 revealed a partial bleach of the charge-transfer (CT) bands, originally appearing in the neutral species, and the emergence of new CT bands originating from NAPiPr to the reduced DCNQ moiety.
