A safe and biodegradable γ-cyclodextrin-metal-organic-frameworks (γ-CD-MOFs) was successfully synthesized by using an improved hydrothermal method. In this study, curcumin (Cur) was chosen for testing the encapsulation stability and release performance of γ-CD-MOFs.
