Sean Gregory is a seasoned commercial executive with over three decades of experience leading high growth businesses across financial, professional, health and technology including serving as a CRO at PwC Australia. Focused on working hand in hand with CEO’s and Boards to execute decisions.

Sean has an outstanding career in commerce as an executive director; chief operating officer incorporating finance, banking and technology; and as a deals and transaction leader. These roles have spanned multiple territories across both corporate and private equity. As a former Chief Risk Officer at PwC Australia, his role was crucial to manage enterprise risk, strategic advisory and governance. He is an experienced director of companies across Australia, the UK and the US. Sean Gregory has been an authorized representative offering transaction and financial product advice and is an accredited fellow of CAANZ.

He currently serves as chairman of the advisory board for Vitadrops, a high growth wellness brand with reach into the US and Asia, alongside Gretta van Riel and Tom Paton. He also serves in that capacity for VentureCrowd, a digital capital platform serving health, financial services, technology and energy founders alongside Jesse Arundell. He is an advisor to CardioNexus, a data and technology services company transforming cardiology services in Australia and overseas, working with Gabe Rijpma the CEO. Sean Gregory also currently serves as the Treasurer and Board member for the Australian British Business chamber, working alongside Ticky Fullerton the CEO. Over the last 18 months he has completed multiple accreditations at MIT, the Boston-based world leading Ai institute.

Previously he served education institutes as the deputy Chairman of St Aloysius college in Sydney for 4 years, as well as being an Advisory Board member of the University of New South Wales for 10 years. He served for 7 years on the Board of Scale, alongside Carol Schwartz and Susan Oliver, a female focused government backed Angel network established to support female founders to grow entrepreneurial business.

Earlier in his career he had a 20-year partnership with PwC Australia, a Big 4 firm as chief risk officer and leader of the country’s biggest transaction business specifically focused on private equity and financial services. These roles honed his skills in commercial insights, due diligence, banking and capital structures and technology.
