About

At Steps Together, we are dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. We offer comprehensive recovery services that combine expert clinical care with emotional and spiritual support to provide a holistic approach to healing. Located in peaceful and serene environments, our recovery hubs offer a supportive community where individuals can take the courageous step towards recovery with the help of our experienced team.

Our facilities, including George House in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, are designed to provide a peaceful and tranquil environment for individuals to heal and grow. George House is a stand-alone recovery hub, carefully developed as part of Steps Together’s wider network of treatment centres. This hub is specially designed to give residents a sense of independence while still providing access to essential therapy and outpatient services.

The calm setting of George House plays an important role in reducing any apprehensions about treatment. It provides a beautiful, quiet space for our clients to relax, reflect, and begin the healing process. Surrounded by nature, it’s an ideal environment for individuals to focus on their recovery and take the necessary steps to rebuild their lives. The location also allows residents to feel a sense of achievement as they progress in their treatment, empowering them to take responsibility for their recovery journey.

At Steps Together, we believe that a strong sense of community is key to long-lasting recovery. Our residents at George House develop close-knit bonds with others on similar journeys, offering mutual encouragement and emotional support. These relationships are vital as they help build the sense of belonging that can reduce the feelings of isolation often associated with addiction recovery.
