Penile ring entrapment is a rare urological emergency, which may risk tissue loss if not managed appropriately. We present the case of a 59-year-old man with penile ring entrapment secondary to the placement of 14 metallic rings for sexual pleasure. We recommend involvement of the fire emergency service if local equipment is inadequate for urgent penile ring removal.Greyscale and color doppler ultrasound are the standard when investigating testicular lesions.
