YPVEPF (Tyr-Pro-Val-Glu-Pro-Phe) is an outstanding sleep-enhancing peptide derived from casein. This study aimed to evaluate the bioavailability of YPVEPF in vitro and in vivo and to explore its structure-activity relationship through a sleep test and cheminformatics.
